Associated orthopaedic organisations

AOA is associated with national and international orthopaedic and trauma organisations.

Orthopaedic Outreach

Orthopaedic Outreach’s principal goal is to provide surgical training and services to the under-developed countries to our north. Australian orthopaedic surgeons, nurses and others give their time freely to work and train those in under-developed countries – activities are funded entirely by donation, particularly from the corporate world, Rotary and the surgeons themselves.
