International Women's Day 2022

The theme of International Women's Day 2022 is #BreakTheBias. Deliberate or unconscious, bias can make it difficult for women to move ahead. Knowing that bias exists is the first step but it isn't enough to #BreakTheBias. Individually, we are responsible for our own actions and thoughts — all day, every day. Addressing gender bias, discrimination and stereotypes as they occur is one step towards #BreakingTheBias, helping to forge a more inclusive world.

Our members have struck the IWD 2022 pose, crossing their arms in solidarity, and shared how they #BreakTheBias in their workplaces and communities.
